I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Steve and his staff at Pops Custom Model Railroads for absolutely putting together a one-of-a-kind layout for my two sons and me.  Their attention to detail was first class and their workmanship is unsurpassed.  My two young sons are giddy over the entire layout and especially the store fronts that are named after them in the town scene.

The owner, Steve Pharris, worked with me and kept in constant contact with me througout the entire process.  He gave me ideas that we went with because of his overall knowledge and background.  Steve uses the highest quality materials in putting his layouts together and places special emphasis on the little things to make the scene realistic.

I had come to an absolute dead-end with the layout I had been buidling the past few years, as it is a rather
large size, and I needed a control panel with my track diagram on it with switch controllers on it to serve
all the remote control switches I have.  I can do most everything concerning model railroading, but this
required outside professional help, as I wanted this to look and work good.  I was directed to Steve and
his company for this aspect of my layout.  He came to my home, studied my layout, and we discussed
in detail what it was I wanted and needed.  A design was created that was approved by me, and Steve
and his team went to work over several weeks, always keeping me informed of the status and progress
of the project.  The panel was recently installed on my layout to my great pleasure, and many of the
switches on the layout were wired to proper working order by Steve, which was one of the project jobs
we had discussed prior to the building of the control panel.  I am very pleased with the job that was per-
formed and the way everything works with the panel and switches exactly as they are supposed to.
No job or problem with the project was left unfinished and until Steve made sure I was happy with the
way it worked.   I would definitely recommend Steve and his team for your model railroad project, be it
from start to finish, or in my case, a particular design function that I needed built and installed.  Great
job!
